This project which is ongoing, though at the completion stage is a12-floor story building and ancillary meant to service the main block.  It is complete with the state of the art services and utilities.

Every single team member pitched in for this challenging yet fulfilling project. Although complicated and time-consuming, coming up with solutions for the Express Super Highway was an incredible accomplishment for us. We’re looking forward to Phase 2, when we can showcase even more of our resourcefulness and expertise.
Senior Doctors Quarters
Rivers state Government in an attempt to provide living accommodation commissioned our firm for the design and supervision of MEP services. This project was commissioned and named after late Dr Dima Dennis Fiberisima by the Rivers state Governor, Barr Nyenso Wike.

This office located at Olu abasonjo road, Portharcourt is one of the Niger Delta Commission's state offices. It is a pilot project and our team was at its best in the  design and supervision phases for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
Menage food processing and preparation
Through design and engineering innovation, we delivered great results. By collaborating with local field specialists, all client objectives for this project were surpassed. This project was our first time dealing with stringent work permits, but our legal advisors helped us smooth out the process.
